The Dutch and Irish are the best associates going around. If anyone was going to throw a spanner in the works it'd be one of these two.

This is why the ICC piss me off. The Dutch and the Irish CLEARLY have the cattle to trouble the big boys. Not be dominant, but to cause them problems. Isn't NOW the ideal time to look at getting them on a path to the test arena?

He looked good during the big bash, proving it here.

How good is Ryan ten Doeschate?

Freakish talent. Brilliant innings Ryan ten Doeschate, 100 up off 98 balls against a genuine world class attack.

Awesome innings. Would love to see the Dutch/Irish trouble the big boys, and Bangladesh bowled terribly, but their batting wasn't too bad. Compared to Kenya/Canada/Zimbabwe the other group looks pretty tough.

How is Anderson still bowling?

To the letter of the law he should be withdrawn for two full tosses above the waist.

Why arent Holland or Ireland test teams? Both can beat 8 down now. Not to mention add Morgan, Nannes & others trying to make other test teams who would become eligible should they get test status. Cmon ICC get to it

England aren't helping themselves. 4 byes along with a no ball, 4 overthrows, and Anderson lucky to still be bowling.

"Change his name to ten Doesdulkar" Lame, but it still made me laugh.

That's the annoying thing. These teams are already a reasonable standard, but there's the opportunity for them to grow stronger in a short space of time. Would love to see them have an opportunity. Imagine a 3 match Ireland V England test series.

Holland have been improving rapidly over the last 10 years, if they do well in this tourney i believe they have a case for test status

And the ultimate problem is that the only way talent like this can be sustained would be for long term exposure. IE - Full ICC membership. And funding.
