Someone gave him a wrap last week and mentioned he was there for defence at the back of the game. Maybe that's right. He made 13 tackles in 15 minutes in this game however, wouldn't someone else have made those 13 tackles?

I think he's been ruined to be honest. He had loads of potential as a halfback. Been railroaded by a star recruit (??). Sorta like Presto being rissoled for TTG.

We have a fullback we are trying to turn into a half.

A half we are trying to turn into a backrower.

Several backrowers we are trying to turn into props.

It's becoming obvious this team is very unbalanced.

There's not much around to balance it though so perhaps a significant reshuffle and injection of youth "specialists" is an option

mmmmm. Must be more about TPP then because DF didn't seem to have any influence in this one. Wade had more influence and was much harder. I can appreciate why Fitz persists with him. He's not even NRL fit yet, he'll get a lot better. He should be lock though IMO.
