We'll see. If most of the grim reapers posting here have really given up they can phuque off and not post from here on in.

See ya next year death riders!
not death riding them Frenzy just saying I hope that they have learnt something from last night and are a different team from recent years and learnt something under Fitzy. We will know the answer to that question at about 10pm next Saturday night.

I haven’t got a lot of confidence for next week just because of the circumstances in how we lost. I was and still am devo, so can only imagine as a player that would feel worse. I’ll still be out there cheering them on hoping they can get themselves up for whoever we play.

Bit harsh - last nights game was a heartbreaker. Been a few times I’ve walked out of the ground pretty annoyed, but last night was something on another level. Bewildered or jaded comes to mind
I can only beat describe the crowd leaving and walking to Cronulla, woolooware or Caringbah as the walking dead.
I would think most need a day to decompress and go again.

I don't get heartbroken over footy games, don't get nervous. Perhaps that makes me a pariah but what's the point of getting heartbroken? I learnt long ago not to sweat things out of my control. Just go with the flow and decide which way the flow takes you. You can choose to go hard into pessimism or the other way into optimism.

So for me, I'm not being harsh enough. The soft underbelly of Sharks fans comes out again. A person can be disappointed and focus on all the negatives and create scapegoats and in most cases incorrectly level unwarranted criticisms without keeping context or they can look for the positives to keep them up

At least now most people can see what a CAT Holmes is. Always has been, always will be.

I'd argue we don't know the answer for another 2 or 3 years. One swallow does not a summer make. The side has obviously learnt a plethora of new things under Fitz no matter what happened last night or what happens next week. Neither result is team defining when it's all said and done.

It doesn't feel like they are quite "there" yet.

Thought they might be able to make something of a good draw and a bit of luck though.

Don't think they can make much of the run now. Absolute wasted chance.

I want to see Cohen Hess be the reason the cowboys are eliminated. If you were in the MP stand after the field goal you know why.

Agree
Never heard it down the Monty Porter end.
Everyone was in the. Brace position waiting for impact…
