Haven't read the thread so it's probably been covered but two things stood out for me today. Love Sifa but back to the pigs big fella. Extra beef hasn't helped him laterally in defence. Doubt the Knights get close to us today had Iro been playing. Also why was Tuks only used for what seemed like 10-15 mins? Offers so much more than BHU imo.

The best is the Knights coach’s comments in the presser saying that Graham will dress it up on Monday re the sin bin call.

Very risky words. But I doubt he gets in any real trouble.

I said that about BHU when he did his first hit and Old mate and I agreed. He looked like he shouldn't be out there. Crook, injured or what. He was going at about 65%.

BHU is way off the pace. His runs have far less impact than the other props. He is slow in the defensive line.

I thought that he would be a much needed boost coming into finals but can't see that now.

Impressed with the speed that Atkinson dropped the ball onto his foot for the field goal, no fluffing around taking a couple of steps or anything, just catch drop punt all in the one motion.

Wouldnt know it from this thread ,but considering The Knights were desparate , Sharkies had so many disruptions ,sickness and injury, ( who knows how many were effected by sickness if some withdrew sick just b4 game ?) I wouldnt make any judgements off that game except .... WE WON ! Another 2 points Yay !

Why did we go away from the simple game plan of just punching it up behind the markers at 100miles an hour? It worked great. We also seem to save our worst performances for home games. Something that definitely needs addressing.

Missed Williams starting in the middle.
Missed Iro work rate on the edge.
Uele, Berrell & Burns arnt up to it.
Tuks & Hunt under used.
Sifa is a backrower / middle not a Center.

Good signs are Rudolf, Kafusi and Braily are hitting their peaks at the right time of the year. Considering they have been our weakness for large chunks of the season it’s a good sign.
Add plenty of guys coming back before the finals.
Win was better than most are giving credit

Atkinson should tell the dickheaded blockers to f**k right off while he is kicking a field goal especially when the opposition just got pinged for the same thing.

Another good effort play by Oregon during Atko's winning field goal he realised he ran through and out the other side of the defensive line. If he had just stood there he would have been pinged for sure. Good awareness by the big unit.

His offloads were unstoppable as well. Wish we had a fullback that was in position and always ready for that kind of thing.
