I agree, the better side won. And if you look at my posts you will see me say the same thing, our completion was terrible and cost us the game.

Just trying to make the point we are going pretty good overall at this point in the year considering we do have some decent amount of cap space on the sideline.

I think we all agree the Eels are going great on the field overall. Let's just see tonight's game as one of those ones that got beyond us. We are good enough to move on.

It didn't cost us the game at all, but Mau was clearly stripped of the ball. There was a scrum and it was not overturned. It was as clear a strip as you'll see and the replay showed it before the scrum was packed. This random sh!t pisses me off. Overturn them all or none. Preferably none.

Anyway, pretty good effort over all. I think it showed we are right up there. Our attack is too predictable though. The sin bin was fair, but that was pretty much the game.

Was also disappointed sin binning robbed game of a decent finish.

I hope we learned tonight what we need to do to win big time footy matches. We brought the thunder in the first 20 minutes but the cows stood up and gave it back to us. I don't think we handled it, but in saying that we were right there to win that game just some poor handling and some dumb decisions by our players cost us.

I think something that needs to be taken into consideration with that was it was our main field position kicker that was binned. Controlling that game is about completion and field position through kicks.

Good to see the opinion of someone who supports a team with so many champions in it.

Actually Semi had two guys in front of him and he beat them both.
