So big fella, if Foz is gone for some time, Morgan or Vai?

I would go for Morgan. (I know he's got that Melb thing going)

Just finished watching the last 30 mins, what a great effort!

Oh and in hindy111 having a stroke? He keeps repeating himself in all the threads. We get it the Sportsbet odds have changed, they know something and we're screwed.........

Kenny Edwards you gorgeous man you.

Tough as win as i can remember for a long long time, no matter what happens next week we have a team we can be proud off. BA take a bow champion.

Hasler said they they had 4 disallowed tries suggesting that it was one of the reasons why they lost. IIRC all no try decisions were pretty black and white Des. Rona hand on line, accidental offside into the Pom, Kasiano dropped the ball, some other merkin was held up (maybe that could have been called a try if the ref signalled try instead of no try).

We have a very tough footy team this year. Its a great thing to watch. Last nights game was a bloody tough one for the boys but they stood up. Great effort to win.
And I'd rather Morgan than Vai but looks like Morgan is off to Melbourne.
I would not be surprised to see Foran back net week.

I think the contest was actually pretty even, despite the score. We might've had a bit more luck than them with the rub of the green, but that was probably evened out by players lost before and during the game.

I thought we were going to be out muscled. But out will and fitness got us home.

The dogs were not fit enough to continue the bashing of our forwards

Souths next year ha

I just watched the game again. The Dogs really offered zip in attack. Their 6 & 7 offer no shape and they seem to have no plan other than a few forwards mixing it up with passes before the line. They really have no weapon. Their spine are reliable and but only offer Fed-Ex service. Teams like Brisbane and Nth Qld have a few strike weapons and I'd like to think that we do too (at full strength).

The Dogs are good defenders and were able to slow the ruck down by bending or pulling the ball carrier. That's about it.

So it was a good grinding win, but not against a high quality team.

I agree, dogs are a shambles in attack. They got rid of the wrong half. The 2 they have now are flighty and not good organisers and their fullback is a good centre. They rely on being bigger. But if that doesnt work and a team stands up to em those big guys tire and achieve nothing.

But agree they are a tough defensive team and that keeps them competative

I disagree that it was not a win against a high quality team. Their defense makes em high quality. The broncos only have 2 good attacking players, hunt and milf. Other than that they are just very well drilled and great defensively. But we call them a benchmark team. Defense means alot - dog have gritty defense

Plus they miss Ennis. He offered line speed and always straightened them up. The merkin they have from the sharks is bog average.

The morris bros r good but they arent getting any younger - they have had injuries which are bringing them down. They arent the morris twins they were 2 years ago.

THey've got hoppa.

They'll probably win when they play sundays.

To say he can make the NSW team buy playing in the state cup, hmmmmm

I actually prefer listening to Gould, Joey, Sterlo and Fittler.

Who watched the Fox commentary last night? Were they bagging us?

Being a bit harsh on James Roberts and Darius Boyd imo.

But otherwise, I agree.
