Great night out at the footy. Don't think we had a bad player - even big Eddie went OK. Richard smashed them again, and the bench was great. Kept all their guns quiet. Clapitty clap clap.

Raiders will give us an absolute flogging, something like 46-12.

I still think the 2016 Premiership is still lingering. I am expecting a hiding tonight, a vast improvement next week against St George (may not get the result) and then we will be back in the competition.

You need new tea leaves to read Fiz lol

Our wingers were quiet last night. Feki barely involved. Lee started taking it up in the second half some more, better signs, more involved... Capewell blasted a few decent runs but he was exposed in defence a few times as well, he is a bit slow and unsure when he is moving laterally in defence. He is great around the ruck tho.

My opinion - Capewell's perfect role at the moment is coming off the bench as 17. Add energy where needed. Chuck him on as a forward and he can cover as a back at a pinch.

As much as I'm for Capes, not sure if he is better than Beale as a centre.

Just a little side note from last night. They had a Sharks merch van at the game, which was awesome to see. The guy in the van was saying every time he looked up the line was longer. Was definitely getting plenty of business. The selection was a bit shyte though, no opal solar still, so ended up buying a 9's jersey for my son.

If you notice as well after Feki dropped 2nd bomb, Flanno switched wingers sides, both improved there play after that

Had the pleasure of seeing both our demolition jobs on Canberra (in the regular season) both last year and this. Not sure what was funniest out of the 3 Sharkie viking claps or the bugle guy playing the last post or the farewell songs we sang to the early leaving Canberra supporters. Even a lot of the Canberra supporters were laughing at the Sharks fans' antics in the end. Faarrkk they must hate it when the Sharks come to town!

I look at it this way, when Shark's fans travel to Canberra, the level of sophistication rises a couple of levels.
Yet none of us have hyphenated names or drink Pimms,or wear leather patches on top.
Could it be, we are just enjoying the view from the top of the mountain, after 50 years of trying to clamber up the precipitous sides?
