In his time as 'coach', McGregor has demonstrated a proclivity towards conservatism, particularly when selecting the bench.

While most pundits have chosen Field, we all know that it's more probable for someone such as Marketo to be named instead.

Prepare to be disappointed.

Please lads let's show those junkie drug taking cheats that we can overcome adversity and play some footy and smack those wankers!!
I'm proud of our club as in all the years I have followed them the only 'scandal' I can remember was when a drunk chook Raper was caught walking in only a bowler hat in Leeds. Haa

Cronulla are under siege, and Flanagan should have them fired right up. If we can hold them in the first 20-25, our slightly superior bench might just get us over the line. Critical game.

Don't know about under siege, but with their Chairman the other day, then one of their u20's players on this mornings news - not good at all. Cocaine must be more widely used by players than we thought with it being undetectable after 12-24hrs.

As if they weren't already fired up for revenge, with Widdop and Duges out
they might have been taking us lightly but this scandal is not going to help our cause on Friday night.

Shit time slot. I don't get off work until 5:30 so will probably have to give this one a miss. Thanks NRL!

Hang on a minute there Saint_JimmyG.
That's no way to speak about Jake.
After all Marketo is now a representative player
Maybe the Tigers will offer him a four year deal worth $600,000 a year.

Hay Guys lets not blame Marketo here , its the coaches for selecting him . Any way good luck to him at least he has ago and tries hard .

Your'e right. In 20 to 30 years time he can proudly show his rep jersey to his grand kids and everyone will forget the circumstances. Bit like getting a birdie at golf with 3 dud shots but the score card doesn't lie.I don't think we get too personal on him as we all know he gives it all but the frustration is with the young players he keeps out and yes that's not his fault at all.

Meanwhile...back on topic.
Should be a tough game...we will be underdogs, even at home..
I'll be there cheering the boys on..
Go Dragons..

Agree
I will also be there
Lets pack out Kogarah and be loud.

Let's be the 18th man and help the boys across the line.

Bizarre time slot. Don't know what the NRL's logic is with these time choices, for people who work, get kids home from school etc. Maybe it suits tv schedule. Does Fox cover it?

Happy with that. Given the players we have out this is the best team that could be named.
