1 of the plays of the season may have been CNK putting on that show for cramp. If cramp was that severe with 20mins to go, you don’t finish the game let alone show absolutely no sign of it again. He was clearly rattled when he stood up

Well played by him because if he’d gone off we’d really have been stretched with Ford and Bunty already gone for the game. Any news on Bunty’s injury? Ford will be gone next week on concussion stand down so the front row is taking a bit of a hit, I assume Ale will come in and maybe Lussick in Ford’s role.

I'm glad other people saw this.

Its his first game back and all but how many times did he exist in the no man's land channel between the center and wing? Some wingers go a whole season without going close to an intercept, DWZ had at least 4 - and dropped every single one.

I will again say that my crowning glory on this site amongst some awful takes, during his 2023 season, is that DWZ is a liability because he is, after all these years, a diabolical defender

Haha that was one of the most insane high IQ plays of all time, if he meant it. It was so obvious on TV he'd been knocked out, or something was wrong other than a leg. But either he played it perfect, or it just worked out perfect. Lucky the Bunker can't review that?

There would have to be some worry going forward about our right edge now, with Capewell who continues to miss tackles (not as many this week, because defending out wide) and DWZ who I still think is the worst defensive winger in the comp.

Surely the Dolphins will look at that footage next week and they have a left side of Katoa, Herbie, Bostock, Hammer that can go that way and expose us. I hope we're steeled for it

And what do we do when Ali comes back? Pompey is doing a job at left centre, ideally Ali goes to the right but then what does Capewell do, given Leka is going so well as a starter?

CHT would be the perfect embodiment of that. Webby would no doubt talk him up deluxe, and he's probably the best defending 6 in the comp. But he really offers zero on attack. Couldn't he be the ball-playing 13 Cappy says we want? Or our 14?
