Good on them. I hope they pull it off. Campbelltown is an important area for the sport that has long been mismanaged.

It'd be great if all clubs with a solid junior base could do something similar. If the NRL wants to expand, improved grassroots development across both states is vital.

Here you go 17 year old from Campbelltown, Drive to Concord daily to train.
They blew the chances when they put their CoE in Concord

It'll be gross neglect of his duties if Ciraldo doesn't atleast talk to any player off contract in a position of need.

In any profession if a good senior employee leaves they generally take their staff and clients with them.

People only naturally follow the best talent since it offers the best chance for personal success.

He knows the best way to be successful is to look at what Trent Barrett did... and do the exact opposite.

He is also smart enough not to burn any bridges with the club. Should his career at Bulldogs be unsuccessful, he is doing all the right things to be welcomed back to the club.

Yet they chaired him around the ground post GF and recently voted him player of the year.
No need to defend Dylan to him.

Dylan didn't go missing in September like Mitchell Moses.

His daughter is wondering who exactly her father is having never met the guy who skipped her birth and jumped on a plane to fly to England before she was even 2 weeks old. While the Eels are wondering where the bloke they were paying $900k a season went in September.

And Charlie had stayed behind for the birth of his first baby. I can't fathom Moses decision

Ciraldo didnt say he wouldnt sign any players from us, he actually said he would talk to any that reach out to him if they arent fitting in at Penrith. I get the feeling he just means he won't be actively chasing our guys publicly like what happened with Kikau and Burton when Barrett left, if guys reach out to the dogs or ciraldo he will certainly be listening.

Twice in my career two different direct bosses have told their business partners they are f**king off and taken the staff and clients with them.

You burn those bridges to the ground if it means your new bridge will be bigger and stronger.
