Getting closer

Yeo milestone looming

Isaah Yeo could well become the most capped Panther by the end of the season.

He played his 239th game for the club last Thursday night, and now sits outright second on the list of most games for the club.

Steve Carter leads the pack with 243 games. Should Yeo play in all three final regular season games, he’ll join Carter in the first week of the Finals. How special it would be if that game was at Penrith Stadium, where both have played the majority of their matches.

Yeo would officially become the most capped Panther later in the Finals.

Guys with fisher harris leaving at seasons end,I think we are 1 front rower short for next season.Wonder if the club is interested in Daniel saifiti at all.Big guy pretty mobile would be a good starting partner for leota.Depends on the price tag and how much cap space is left.

I think between leota, henry, Smith, patea, eiso

And then soro, geyer, marton and papali that can play middle we are ok for middles.

I think the squad is looking better for next year than it has in a few years tbh.

If Nathan is fit. Another year like 2024 and we miss the 8. Every year will ride on his fitness now

I can't see us missing the 8 till yeo and dyl retire.

God forbid nath was to go dowm for the year wed be in trouble bit i still think wed scrap the 8.

I mean hes barely played this year. Dyls beem out for long periods. No marto. No soro no garner. Fish out.

Taylan gone was a huge distraction.

And we are still 2nd

With Roosters winning and Sharks about to do the same we drop to 4th. Anyone else concerned if we keep playing like we did yesterday that we could drop out of the top 4?

playing for the minor premiership then an obstruction try, an offside intercept and a major injury and look what happens!
need some luck to go their way and they should be ok!

im concerned....

we were in control in the 2nd half and that costly stupid error from Daine - we just seemed to stop doing what we did to stay in control

the positives are 2 consecutive home games to close out the regular season against teams who wont feature in december.

2 perfect opportunities to get things right and some confidence going into september.

but ill be honest, it wont surprise me if we drop 1 or both of these games....

I know its not his go, but Ivan and coaching staff need a proper honesty session. Its not good enough and we are looking at going out early if we dont get our shit together.

seeing Alamoti warming up post game gives me positives, and its time to bring Tito back from NSW Cup - Laurie has looked poor on the wing and its hurting pantherball - he's either back to 14 or he's playing Cup
