Dude, there are so many contradictions in what you have said about your situation. Weren't you having cashflow problems a few weeks back and talking about needing to take on a second and third job? How are you suddenly in a position to take 6 months off?

Taking 6 months off, feel like so much pressure is off my chest.

Got a dummy tenant to play with in 365 too. Studying at my own pace.

Having my first thing done with my heart next month and then again in a few months. Should fix everything. They said 70%. When it's done, I will go back in the workforce.
