Pretty much you can park wherever mate, any one of the side streets will do you just fine. Probably best to get there by 4.30ish, but if you want to see all three grades, I think NSW Cup kicks off around 1.30ish.

Conversely, you can pay 5 bucks and park in the carpark and be caught in a traffic jam for an hour after the game :p

The Crusade are in Bay One of the AJ Stand - southern (or hockey field) end down the bottom.

if you want to sit with the crusade (and we would love to have you) you can buy crusade tickets through proticket online (link on knights website).

just pick "crusade supporters area" when selecting your ticket category.

hope to see you there mate.

Park in the side street alongside the park opposit the ground. Much easier going home than parking in the carpark. You can buy some pies at the pie shop on your way in (Everlieghs, right opposit the ground) they are much better than the stuff sold inside.

I hear Wicks has been hired to drive the soft serve cart around to bay 1 this weekend.

bam!

Edit: I nearly said *push* the cart but thought better of it

If you're a Knights fan, live in Newcastle, and don't find a way to save up and get to this game, you're a deadset embarrasment to the term " fan ".

I am going to my first Knights game as well - can't wait

Will bring the headset radio too, can anyone tell me what Newcastle station(s) broadcast the game please ?

It is 2GB here in sydney but I probably wont pick that up from the ground

ABC is on 1233am

2GB coverage is actually on 102.9FM in Newcastle ( but they cut to local callers for the Knights game )

102.9 KOFM with Gary Harley, Marc Glanville and Frank Barrett is the best call you could possibly listen to. They're perhaps a little bit biased, but if you're a Knights fan, that's not a problem :p

Harley the best...pfssst!
He dribbles when nothing is happening & then goes quiet when something does. He forgets that people are not watching the game also.
He is so bad it is hard to tell who has scored.
