Dave Taylor played ISC last weekend; a week when the Titans didn't have Nate Myles through Origin. That's how far he's fallen. He's been a waste at three clubs now, he isn't going to suddenly get it right in Newcastle.

And moving Mason on was still a good decision. He has offered nothing at Manly. Absolutely nothing just like last season.

No surprise. It was almost evident by Gidley in a post match conference when he and Stone were questioned about him.

We need everyone putting in, respecting each other and having everyone on the same page and working towards a common goal.

This might be the best move the Knights have made all year.

Taylor may just need a new fresh start, he was great at souths.

Admit you boys blew it on mason, forwards leader, cheap contract, statistically the best forward at manly this year and is in negotiations for another year.

Simply made the point that offloading Mason was a mistake then people got defensive about it, so i stated my reasoning.
I think Dave Taylor could be the punt Newcastle need. They need size. Dave IS size. Origin rep player on the outer.
Neil Henry cant get the best out of him, and if Rick Stone is the coach people say he is surely he has to back himself to extract the inner beast within.

Theres potential there, hes just lazy.
Besides, who else would be available at the moment?
