I think our game plan was poor. We knew they would be relentless, we should have kicked for the sidelines and merkined our way through the game. I didn't even see a shove or a squirrel grip.They had our measure and knew it. We did nothing to unsettle their rhythm apart from a dumb kick on the first play.

I thought kicking on the first tackle on our first attacking opportunity was absolute insanity. Penrith would have never done that as they know the game is based on possession and patience with the ball building pressure which leads to fatigue. From that set we hardly saw the ball for 15 minutes. Id was a dumb ploy from the bushie. It was a panic play

Maybe slightly weaker but I still expect them to be the best team. Who’s going to beat them?

I don’t believe I did suggest that to be fair. We could have done some things better but we were certainly up for it. None of it would have mattered. The Panthers were ruthless and when they play like that no-one can beat them.

They are that much better than everyone else that if they play their best it doesn't matter what their opponents do.

It was damn frustrating watching Moses repeatedly kick to him and watching them start their sets on the 35m like every time.

We matched them for about 6mins and that was it. Was a boring grand final. One way traffic. We did have some bad calls but nothing was going to stop the end result. We had nothing.

Now our squad ages and good players leave. Lets hope something happening behind the scenes development wise cause I don't see us moving in the right direction

Well said. The effort at the back end of the game against the Cowboys surprised me. Tonight, less so.

Our wing options really are as weak as piss - but so important in the modern game.
