On our players the forwards stood up big time. Matterson I thought calmed us down. He was amazing.

Two players I felt let us down. Bryce with that ridiculous pass and Waqa. Credit his defense was good but he needs to take more carries and run hard everytime.
Bailey I felt had a real dig.

Will be interesting who plays next week. I'd almost be tempted to throw N.Brown in for Bryce. Opacic if fit.

I've had the day from hell - my beautiful baby boy has had fevers of 40 degrees all day, and has been shivering as well; he has had blue lips, and blue fingers.

He spent 8 hours in hospital this morning, and Panadol, and Nurofen, did nothing to touch the fever.

Naturally, I completely forgot the game was on, until.

I checked the scores when it was 12-all.

I just checked the score again... I'm totally blown away.

Did we play well, guys?

Really wish your little boy is better soon mate. One day you’ll tell him this great story about he was braver than your brave Eels.

I havent been as proud to be a Parra fan for a long time as I have that last 20 min

20-12 down, and looking real grim

i thought if it was close in the last 20 it was a given the Cowboys would run over the top of us. Well that’s what the so called experts said. We were down and came back on an absolute tear

Same here, and the other eels supporters I was watching it with ….yet my daughters boyfriend who we met for the first time today, said people, the eels are still in it, don’t stress….

I have not seen a side dig so deep in defence as we did in those final 15mins after re-taking the lead. And when they were absolutely gassed too - purely phenomenal!

And as a further plus we know we can play better than we did for really the bulk of this game... first half completions/possession, f**k me dead!
