Grand Finalist odds

Anyone know any betting sites that have a market for teams to make the Grand Final?

I normally use betfair and sportingbet but they don't have it.

Just checked out Centrebet and I can't see any Grand Finalist odds. They've got Premiers, Woodenspooners, Top 4, Top 8, Top tryscorer and that's it :?

AFL have it but not NRL.
