Furthermore

Northern Eagles had 30 wins over 3 years.

It took Souths from their re-admission in 2002 til Round 13, 2007 for them to rack up 30 wins.

My posts were merely just to highlight how close the competition really is.

Melbourne and Brisbane have win percentages over 60%. There are 13 teams with win % between 39.47 and 56.09%

and then theres Souths.

But they won the Charity Shield a few times during that period:lol::lol:

I did bunnies fans a favour, i included their most successful period of the last 22 years in these stats.
Thats right people, these stats get worse for souths the further back we go to 1990

I hope and pray souths do well next year, maybe even get a finals birth just for the lols of epic proportions that will be had. The omelette on peoples faces will be delicious.

COME ON SOUTH SYDNEY !

Prove 98.27% of LU & the NRL community wrong.

The thread wasn't meant to be a shot at Souths or any of the other 3 teams who haven't made the big one within the time that the NRL has been running. In saying that they do have 20 premierships and regardless of their last few decades that's a massive achievement in sport. If you ask anyone if they would rather have 20 premierships but not have played finals for awhile or if they would rather 0 premierships yet play finals footy regularly. I'm sure most would pick 20 premierships.
