Cooper Cronk as well. Good looking, articulate, impeccable manners. If he was in Sydney he would be THE Golden Child.

Also Petero Civoniceva. Great ambassador for the game he is a bit like Ruben Wiki was, obviously naturally talented but respects anyone from teammates to rival fans.

When Muslims are in the media it's almost always a bad story because that's how the media like to protray them. So i think Hazem as a role model has extra importance because he shows perhaps the real side of Sydney's Muslim community.

Someone who is a great role model, great player, as well being outgoing and well spoken. That's what promotes the game so I'd be ruling out Hazem in an instant. Nothing against him but he's a pretty quiet bloke, which isn't a bad thing in general but it's not ideal for someone who you want to be a salesman. I'd go for Steve Price, Nathan Hindmarsh and even though I'll cop some flak for this suggestion Brett Kimmorley.
