On the props it's weird that Blair isn't getting a mention, as no matter how badly he was going at club level he was a bit Olsen like in that if you put a black jersey on him he'd usually go well.

Adam? I think that would owe to the shit show in 2017. You can't defecate on our jersey like that, without tarnishing your legacy. He might have been great before that but when you chew gum in a presser while professing yourself to be happy with a 4-2 loss to Fiji, and I think from memory he made 2 runs for 9m in that game (I could be wrong)

Much as I love Mannering, I don’t see how he’s in the team.

Much as I dislike McGahan he’s lock, Graham second row and a few ahead of Simon…. Sorensen, Nikau, even McCracken is in the discussion. From those I’ve seen I’d go Sorensen.

Obvioynever saw White but he’s got to be there, and there are likely others.

Stacey is another automatic choice. As is Benji

I didn't see those guys but I saw enough in Mannering's 45 Tests to know there were few tougher, who did the dirty work better, but still had immense skill in him and ability to play across the back and second rows, as well as centre with aplomb.

Obviously it's bias because I didn't see league in the 80s, but he's my guy. My favourite all-time Warrior and Kiwi.
