I think the NRLs code of conduct would be a little more stringent than that. They have breached the team rules, the dogs can fire them no problems. Whether or not the NRL can de-register them is another question but I daresay they have not only broken the bulldogs rules but breached the NRLs code of conduct in which case its see ya later.

I thought that the NRL Code of Conduct related to match activities (eg. sportsmanship, respecting referees etc), as well as match-adjacent activities (eg. no illegal drug use, no gambling etc).

But you can guarantee that somewhere in their NRL Contract will be something like bringing the game into disrepute as a catch all. And you can also bet that if the Bulldogs are neck deep in sponsorship negotiations these guys will be very lucky to survive.

It was Pay's routine captains run press conference it just happened to be really poor timing and obviously Hill was there because he knew what the questions would be about.

It wasn't a special press conference called to answer questions about the incident and if they weren't playing tomorrow night they wouldn't have had one.

The dogs have said they have clearly breached the games code of conduct so I think they are pushing for them to be dealt with by the NRL

What does age of consent mean?

You are talking rubbish mate if they had the ceo there then its not his normal press conference is it?

Edit: Coaches have media obligations where they have to talk to the press the day before the game is that what you mean Pay does? Cause that isn't a press conference. I have no trouble finding his post game pressers from last year, I cant see any pre game press conferances.
