fairdinkum! I would like a explanation from the video ref's tomorrow as to why the 1st try by Hayne in the 8th min (just for you nikki) was not give a BOD try? Does BOD not count in origin or something?

Had 20 on Hayne for first try scorer, think he was paying 11's in a house full of Canetoads gee i gave it to them. I was pretty quiet the next 60 mins though

I can see how hollywood (harrigan) gave that no try in the 8th min but the pass to Creagh was a beauty.

I think this team can win it they just showed their inexperience and will hopefully learn from it.
Qlds points were all pretty opportunistic from blues errors. Good plays, but if the blues can play with better control they'll win next time.

mate i know how you feel. I had $$ on Hayne for 1st & last try scorer. He should have gotten both, but for a bad ref call in the 1st instance and a silly after the siren try to Boyd once the game was dead.

Tonight was a great night to watch Origin through Blue and Gold eyes (as I always do - couldn't care less what happens apart from seeing how the Parra boys go). Our boy was the best player on the field by far.

i thought Luke O'Donnell was great. Never stopped trying.

i thought o'donnell was sh*t! ... dropped the ball several times and the try to thurston from folau's kick inside, o'donnell was 3m closer to the ball than thurston but never even tried to get to it - Hindy would have been on that ball like a fly on sh*t! (and no i don't believe hindy should be in the team - i am not being biased - but little things count big time in SOO and o'donnell was crap at the little things)

Hayne was outstanding. He should have been awarded that first try. He scored one, set another up, another long line break. Was NSW's best without a doubt. He's matured a lot this year.

i just think after being put in his rightful place it gave him the confidence he needed, someone showed faith in him ( apart from me, hindyrulz, avenger, DA etc) and it has paid off.
