On Foxsports this morning Hindy is saying he needs pain killers to play

Sheens is saying he will not play under those terms, looks like Hindy may miss out.

its not a rule - sheens is just saying he doesn't want to take injured dudes away

If they can complete a game as normal with the benefit of a needle, I don't think it's right for him to say they can't play.

I think it's great Hindy has been selected. He is obviously keen to play one final game in a kangaroo shirt if he can crack the top 17.

But Sheens has a right to insist on the 24 players he takes away for a tour being at least 95% fit, and to make a judgement on needles at that level.

It would be no shame for Hindy to be ruled out and retire from rep footy after being rewarded once again with Australian selection. Probably better than going over and being player 18-24 and not getting a game...

i reckon sheens just doesnt want hindy there after the selectors put him there,FFS the guy says i am right to go.I think hindy will say well ok stuff you ill go without the needle.but id much rather he has his op and gets ready for next season. Sheens seems pretty adament when hes on fox news about this.

I think sheen said last time HIndy went he couldn't play a game because of his knees or toes or something and that he didn't want a repeat.

But he's not singling out HIndy only. White and Kidley are in the same boat no?
