While I have no doubt that Hayne has done plenty of damage himself at the Titans, the media knew they were on a winning ticket when they rode his dick with reckless abandon last year. They relentlessly drove the sickening, non-stop Hayne hysteria and hand crafted the tallest poppy they could.

If Hayne made the Titans a premiership force they look like geniuses for cashing in on the hype in 2016 and they continue to espouse mindless fluff pieces that stroke his ego. Conversely, if things played out differently - and boy, oh boy they did - they can tear him down as the sole reason the Titans (and even NSW) are struggling.

Is Hayne a big reason for the Titan's woes? Probably. Is Neil Henry also a big reason for the same woes? Probably. Graham Annesley has already intimated that there is a lot more at play than just Hayne vs Henry.

I am glad we ended up missing out on him last year but funnily enough I personally might actually be tempted to bring him home now. If Hayne was ever going to be pissed off for greatness then this is that time. The world is genuinely against him and conceivably the best path to redemption for him is with where it all started.

I wouldn't say we have anything near the strongest locker room in the competition but I think the team has clearly grown without Hayne to the point where everyone knows who runs the show. At the right price and in the right position (wing with occasional looks at fullback the way we sometimes use Semi or Bevan when he was on the wing) he could be the best possible replacement we could find for Radradra.

Oh god no! The club is only just recovering from Hayne dumping us a year early to "follow his dream (tm)".

Let him decline (further) elsewhere please!

He just needs attitude right. More then likely he will go to rugby.
That's what this is all about - European rugby, like I always predicted!

Hayne wants an early release asap so he can go over to Toulon or wherever in time for the start of their season, and wait for good buddy Semi to arrive later (after our finals).

Can Jarryd please take Tim Mannah across there too?

Here's what I think will happen.

Henry will get the sack... The Titans will cut Jarryd loose.... And the NRL, as owners of the Titans and realising that they are left with a 1.2mill hole in their cap for next year, will finally make the call on what the 2018 salary cap will be... And it will be precisely 1.2mill more than everyone thought!! Doesn't effect Titans recruitment for next year, and Doggies and Raiders also dodge a bullet and don't have to offload players!!

Need an El Diablo picture of Grant and Greenberg posted right about here....

Whilst Hayne hasn't been in career best form people are forgetting guys like Ryan James who killed it last year (even talked about possibly playing origin) has been quiet this year. Luke Douglas was very good as well but he left end of 2016. Peats was a massive signing last year and helped them a lot make the semis. He has been down a bit mid origin onwards.

Zeb Taia and Chris McQueen were guns for them last year. Zeb has since left and McQueen injured

I think overall, you cant blame them under performing on Hayne alone, which seems to be a lot of the talk.
