Of course Jarryd should be held accountable for anything he did wrong, but the lass went to hospital 4 months later. Did not previously go to the police. Very muddy. All the same, there are some victims that do harbour shame etc and do not report. The cops could not lay charges based on the evidence. This civil case will be about witnesses and each other’s friends, emails and social media. Star witness for the defence is Krisnan Inu .

I told the cops you stole my lunch a couple of months ago but they said there wasn't enough evidence to charge you. They didn't completely clear you though.who knows? the case didn't make it to court so it never got ruled on
