There wasn't enough evidence to mount a case. That's the point. Lack of evidence does not automatically equate to innocence.

Personally I don't think he did shit, but that's just my opinion. The argument was over El Derp incorrectly stating someone thought he wasn't innocent because that poster said that lack of evidence doesn't automatically equate to innocence.
