If it came down to chosing between these two who would you take?

Watmough's sample is much bigger, but even 65 games is a fair sample.

It's not like Bureta Faraimo who has won every game he's ever played in first grade (two).

Peats' 60% winning percentage at Parra is far more impressive than at Bunnies, considering his relative influence and roster around him in each side.

not for his price

And thats the beauty of this place.

Everyone has an opinion and everyone is entitled to think what they think is right or wrong.

There are no right or wrong theories.

At the price tag he is on at the moment, it's very good value, sure his next contract may break the bank but he is an investment.

He is the reason why we went so well, he puts fans and members on seats, other teams dream of having this bloke, the corporates of this world want him as part of their brand.

It's what this bloke brings other than the footy field.

As far as balance, DCE would need a good 1 to complement his game as what he is doing at Manly and Foran also has a lot to do with why DCE is the player he is today.

It also helps when you have 2 international centres and a forward pack that makes metres.

You put DCE at 7 with Hayne at 1, we would go close to wining the comp.

We went close to winning the comp with Robson at 7 and Hayne at 1. I reckon the players around them had a fair bit to do with it.

What sort of team could we afford to put around Hayne and Cherry-Evans at their current values? Probably not a real good one.
