I've always loved smoked salmon, so it's an easy choice for me now that they reckon it's healthy.
I generally go for a smoked salmon and salad wrap. Brie cheese is good if i need a bit of dairy with it.
I also don't mind turkey and salad. I have the cranberry sauce, but i don't know if that's as good for you as just some fresh cranberries would be.

I have a wholegrain or rye roll every lunch from MYO. Packed with pastrami, salad and some avo. Delicious.

Trying to cut back on the cheese though.

The best tasting healthy sandwich for me is, prawns, avo and lettuce.

Home made of course with fresh prawns.

I love a fillet of fish cooked over an open fire with lemon juice and pepper slapped between two slices of buttered bread.
Lake Macquarie mullet - not that bland ocean mullet - oily old lake mullet.

Made a toasted tuna sandwich for dinner last night

2 slices multigrain bread, toasted
spread lightly with avocado magarine
3 good slices of truss tomato
stack of cos lettuce
red onion slices
1 slice of reduced fat coon cheese
1 small tin of tuna (drain the springwater)

you could substitue the tuna for smoked salmon, turkey or chicken

I always hated green lard but have developed quite a liking for it recently. My missus makes the best guacamole

I have only just discovered avocado over the last couple of months. To the point that last week I was actually craving chicken and avo sandwiches. Grilled chicken, lots of salad.. YUUUUM!!

cottage cheese is low fat and carbs and high protein - pretty bland stuff, but it adds some moisture and works out well nutrition wise.
