Benji and Sheens were tight it was Robbie Farrah that did not get on with Benji. Remember when Benji said he would like to play his whole career under Sheens?
Can't see Bennet coming back to Sydney. Recent report was him being advisor to new coach Walters at the Broncos. This would appear to make more sense. Henry or Sheens seem more likely. Both didn't really deliver as much as you might have hoped with their previous teams. Either is better than Price who, it present, has no idea what to do with our team
The question is though, are we going to be just happy with better than Price, or do we want a coach that will help guide us to another premiership? Henry or Sheens may bring short term relief, but I do not think either would lead to a premiership.

Sheens has won 4 premierships so I don't see how u can say he won't bring us one.
Hey BRV who is your preferred choice?
I'd be happy with Henry or Taylor. Not fussed on Sheens but he is an upgrade on what we have.
Rookies are a gamble but have paid off at some clubs like Souths - Maguire. Roosters - Robinson, Green is doing well at Cowboys and Potter's second year is going well at the moment. Toovey at Manly is another one. Brad Arthur will be added to the list at the end of the season. Potters second year with not many new recruits mostly youth is mostly impressive.
Other rookies haven't been successful but those have been sacked less than 2 years in the job due to poor performances i.e Kearney. I think Furner lasted more than 2 years but hey he even beat Price's teams so he must be better than Price.
Do the Board look outside the club and see how other teams coaches are performing? Obviously not.
He fluked one in 2005 and had and absolutely sensational team in the early 90s and his teams over the last decade and a half have missed the finals more often then they did. Plus I would not consider him a long term option. Also, would prefer a coach not sacked from his last position.

Whoever is hiring the coach is important, whoever is qualified enough to choose the right option.
Same can be said for player talent.
Who is doing their homework to find the right coaching option, whoever chose Price is obviously a f#*king idiot and I'm afraid the same person /persons will be involved in hiring the next one.

On fox this morning on the Slats & TK sports morning radio show, they were talking to Daley and asked him straight out were the rumours correct that they heard he may be coaching the Dragons, and his answer was, yeah I heard that one yesterday a well....he then said look Im concentrating on the NSW side at the moment...etc...but he didn't deny the rumour either......whether that means anything who knows.
