I agree his time has probably come but useless garbage like Moltzen should be well in front of him.

We have too many backrowers that lack impact but that is tough on Heighno. He consistently puts in and really has not been the problem.

We don't have that many backrowers.

Hino under a proper coach like flanagan will blossom, just like Gibbs did.

Happy to let heighno go , just don't really know who will replace him? I fully expect sheens to play Pettybourne at prop next year.

Our back row will be: (?)

11. Fulton
12. Murdoch-Masila
13. Blair

Is bell still here? Then Thompson, Vela, Santi as bench/depth?

Heighno has been shit for a few years now using plenty of our cap.

Can never question his committment or heart...but under Sheens' directions doesn't provide us with much these days.

Got Pettybourne and Thompson coming in (only slightly better) and gives juniors a chance and probably a buy or two left before the season starts. Wouldn't worry about depth at the moment. Ayshford might be a backrower next year too.

In the article this morning http://www.foxsports.com.au/league/...ney-this-weekend/story-fn2mcuj6-1226474666166 they mention Beau Ryan as the back.

The Warriors are expected to up their chase for Tim Sheens this weekend, with boss Wayne Scurrah heading to Sydney to interview the Wests Tigers coach.

The development comes as Tigers stalwarts Chris Heighington and Beau Ryan learned their future at the club could be uncertain next season.

and
Ryan has agreed to a three-year extension, but cannot ink the deal until the club gets clearance on salary cap issues.

Beau had a good year,he was probably our most consistent back, although he did drop off towards the end of the year it wasn't his entire fault. The club would be better off getting rid of Reddy,Moltzen and Aysford to save salary cap dollars.

You just contradicted yourself in that first sentence.

He lacks impact and has for a long while.

He tries hard and isn't really a problem assuming he isn't on big dollars. He can still cut it at first grade level - he isn't a star but you don't need a team full of stars.

The problem is that we need a backrower or two that can bust the line. Fulton can but more from running great lines. Blair is like a solid player just like Heighno - both of them don't really trouble the opposition.

I think Heighno is really hard done by assuming that this is true. Blair is getting paid like a superstar and although he is okay I can't state that he has been better than Heighno this year plus Heighno has put in for us for years. You would think they could have found a bench spot for him until his contract was up.

I think that this is poorly played by the club.

He has contract just like Sheens, so like Sheens he should dig his toes in and say,"show me the money or Iam not going anywhere".

Like coperate Australia, theirs a rule for management and another one for the workers and Rhino is just a worker
