Was he put into a dangerous position?
He didn't put himself in that position as it is impossible for a player to levitate,then drive himself towards the ground.
My first impression was that it didn't look any different than any other illegal tackle.
And after viewing it again via IBM's vid link,Hodges does have a case to answer for.
People are saying his other leg kicked up.That is because of the position he was put in.And the mechanics of the human body will always give way if you are unbalanced.
But the main point here is simple and straightforward,that the judiciary will have no other recourse but to penalise Hodges for one week due to him being put into a dangerous position.
