Standard treatment is to leave the eye patch on for at least 48 hours so that the swelling can go down then they look at it.
He will stay in hospital prob for 3 days. If its a detached retina he will be out for a couple of months.

On Channel 9 they said the Parra Dr didn't know what was wrong & that is why they took him to hospital.

Speaking to some of the palyers last night they seem to reckon his eye was only bruised. He did not travel back with the rest of the team last night. He was still in hospital when the players left for the airport.
