Whats some of your fav horror or scary movies?

I saw a movie called Campfire tales a about 6 years ago, good movie
similar to Urban Legends, Ive found it very hard to find now though,
none of my local movie shops have it.
Worth watching if you come by it.

I've always like "I Know what u did last summer".
The 1st time I saw it it just gave me this weird, scared feeling (the whole point I suppose). Especially just after they run over the dude.
The sequel pretty much blew though

One of my faves is the JAPANESE and ORIGINAL version of "Ringu" (aka "The Ring"). Atmospheric and very moody...Creepy.

Anyone seen "Basket Case"? How to make a horror movie into a comedy without intending to do so.

Grossest horror movie I've seen is "Blood Sucking Freaks". As for the scariest, I'll stick with "The Exorcist". I was raised a Catholic and all the religious aspect of it gave me the willies (more than "The Omen"). Seeing it again 30 years later, it still creeps me out, but at least I can see the satirical element in it now.

Both qaulity movies:clap:, Blood sucking Freaks is one of my faves.

The recent re-do of "Amityville Horror" wasn't too bad...It featured Ryan Reynolds (of "Van Wilder", "Two Guys And A Girl" and "Just Friends" fame) in the lead, and he was pretty good.

it had some cheap scares...like doors slamming and sh*t...not much gore, which sucked. but most definately better then 'i know what you did last summer' and the scream prequel(#1 was ok years ago but the rest are horrible)
