Anyone watching it? Funny as shit. I don't understand all the hysteria surrounding it though because if anyone spent time in a houso hood that's how it is. The show does come off as a Trailer Park Boys rip off though (Even has the name Sunnyvale)

Paul Fenech doesn't get enough props for what he's done for Australian comedy. Too many anti-choko maaaate

Brilliant show...Fenech has undoubted talent. It pushes the boundaries of political correctness which makes it even more effective.

I was a big fan of Fat Pizza as well...

i think it's an absolute shit, blatent rip off of Trailer Park Boys. they even live in Sunnyvale, ffs.

i struggle to find 1 star for it out of 10. TBP is superior in every single conceivable way.

Except that it deals with Australian stereotypes and not Canadian ones.

It does rip the basis of TPB off but it differs enough not to be an issue for me. No episode I have seen has ripped off something from TPB but I missed the first 3 episodes.

Has anyone seen "The Real Sunnyvale" where Fenech spoke to the real people living in the houses they shoot in?

I love Paul Fenech and his crew. Australia doesn't do sitcoms very well generally but he is an exception.

This is the sitcom that Trent From Punchy should have starred in.

I watched it up until the last 2 episodes... I wasn't into it that much to watch the entire series. The funniest episode was Thailand part 2. I prefer Swift & Shift Couriers... that was easily Fenechs best show IMO. Abdul was too funny...
