How dumb are Parra

- Hayne to 5/8. Stupidest decision ever, cant tackle or pass
- Punting finch - despite the fact he had no room infront of him due to a sh*t pack, and no ability outside him because he had Hayne outside of him
- Continually picking hacks

They were being given a bath by the radio commentators, particularly Hayne and Inu and in general, sounded like very lacklustre performance. They need a massive cleanout of their club because they currently have a sh*t forward pack and a disinterested, mediocre backline.

Lift your game!

How dumb is Red Bear?

Mateo was 5/8.

Kris Keating in one half made more opportunities than Finch did in his last 2 games.

Hindmarsh withdrew on the eve of the game.

You say they need a massive cleanout - yet the punted Finch and you bag them?

It's standard at Parra to blame it all on the playmaker when the team's going bad. Just look what it did to Tim Smith, who every Eels fan bagged off for months. Funnily enough, a lot of them want him back now. This time it was Finch.

They're a team of gutless wonders. That's where the problem lies.

I can't believe the Eels are travelling so poorly considering their talent.

I believe Peter Sterling hit the nail on the head today on ABC Radio. Instead of punting Finch they should've focussed on the forward pack who have been diabolical over the first five rounds.

Sadly I get the feeling it's going to be a long season for the Eels.

Apathetic was the term used to describe hayne and Inu.

Sterling has been critical of the forward pack for quite a while and he is pretty spot on.

Today maybe, but when finch was at half back he had Hayne at 5/8

Probably the smartest decision the club has made in years. Keating looked more dangerous today then Finch has EVER looked

Finch over-reacted to the coach's comments, threw a tanty and went to the media, and got his release. Enjoy the cold melbourne winter, f**ktard.

But yes, we need to look long and hard at our pack. When I heard Hindy was out I lost any hope of us competing in this match. And as much work as he gets through every week, he's not getting any younger.

Keep 2010: Hindy and Moi Moi (and Mateo at lock once we get a new half)
Release to England to free up money: Cayless ($450K?), Ben Smith (not a forward)

Buy: two props, reasonable experience, reasonable price tag
Develop: Matt Keating (already signed), Hauraki (OK if he's hungry), Wright (but apparently he's in the doghouse).

One more year: Galavao (for experience/backup), Paulo (once back from injury)
Punt asap: Lowrie, Cordoba, Oake (none of these guys are first grade standard), Mannah (might develop in a few years, but not up to the mustard atm)

And Sterlo is right, Hayne and Inu are disinterested, and are not earning their quite substantial pay cheques...

Funnily enough he said in the media that he got advice from good friend Clint Newton, who did this exact thing just two years ago

I don't think they're dumb. They're just in a rut of "Grand Canyan" like proportions.

They've got fabulous backs but average forwards. Therefore it means the coach needs to earn his money. If his forwards can't dominate their opposition, Anderson must come up with a way for them to at least match them so, the backs can score some points.

I do feel for the Parra fans at the moment. Parramatta are capable of winning games, but they really need something to spark them.

Agree...if in doubt blame your halves.

Storm now have Finch and will be better for it...Parra now have no halves.

LOL.

1-Hayne was tried, failed, and moved on. Mateo is 6 now
2-Finch did NOTHING in his time at Parramatta, was told by the coach his spot was not guaranteed, chucked the toys from the pram and walked out. Good f**king riddance.
3-Who do you propose we pick? Anderson can only work with what that spastic Hagan left him...
