kearney showed him up..

if stewart is injured, kearney will be NSW #1 and the halves tonight showed nothing, gidley will be NSW #7...and if anasta gets a nsw jersey ill king hit something..

Yeah he showed him up.

Hodgson was close to the man of the match you muppet.

Good game from Gibbs and Heighinton also.

Hayne, Anasta, Cross, Laffranchi all cemented Origin spots IMO. Heigho might be a chance too.

Hindmarsh and Buderus are past it.

I'm a sh*t player. My team never won a game. We got beat by at least 40 each week. Pearce was crap when we played him, but as my original post said, i'm impressed at how much he's improved.

Kul, shut up.
Jealousy is a curse my friend.

Im usually at the top of the Buderus' knockers queue but i didnt think he was THAT bad tonight, shame Farah didnt play to really show him up. Hodgson was bloody brilliant though, and a Heighno/Laffranchi back row for NSW is salivating. No doubt mr. 6 runs for 41 mtrs Hindmarsh will get a jersey though.

Yeah, imagine how the Tigers would line-up now had they kept Prince and Laffranchi.

1. Hodgson
6. Marshall
7. Prince
9. Farah
11. Laffranchi
12. Heighington

What a coincidence, theyre all in this pic

Great team that. Idiots may call your premiership a fluke, but not me. An excellent team who basically set fire to the comp. Shame Skando isnt around anymore, top player too.

Heighington is a rare talent, shame the Roosters dont have any money to splurge ;-)

Quinn??? Really???

I would give him a real shot because Bellyache is coaching but he made alot of errors tonight especially in defensive positioning. He has played much better at club level than tonight

BTW, why didn't they play Collis and Lawrence in the City side?:? They are easily better than Pomeroy and Rooney

I thought Rooney was great tonight actually and Pomeroy and Delaney had decent enough games.

That said Lawrence is better than both of them and definitely deserved to be there.

Anasta, unlike Carney, injected himself into the game & was always trying to make things happen. I still think they will move Bird to 6 to accommodate NSW's amazing backrow depth, but Braith had a blinder.

Rooney played well by his recent standards, but Hayne & Quinn outplayed him. From the centres, Harris, Delaney were pretty average so i stand by what i said about them not deserving selected (Jennings or Lawrence must have been better), Pomeroy tried hard and showed plenty of toe but is still inconsistent. I did rate Monaghan's performance though. Very strong.

John Sutton started well but fell off, whilst Mateo got better and better, as did Mini Mini. Lewis was average, so was Robinson, surely Cuthbertson and Galloway would have been better options. Cashmere has played a LOT better than that in recent times too. Gibbs & Ogre were solid, Ogre wound up and hit the line hard whilst Gibbs worked all night. Corey Hughes was average, Wallace's injection sparked NSW.

As for Country's pack, Hindmarsh & Ryan are simply not up to it anymore and tonight proved it, Sims & Creagh were jipped. Buderus wasn't great either. Laffranchi, White, Cross, Heighington all impressed, Stewart didn't get enough game time but we all know he is a quality player, Hornby was quiet. Fitzgibbon surprised all, was very effective at prop, i think Douglas was unlucky to not make the team, but his performance surely couldn't have topped Fitzy's tonight.

Good game.

i didnt watch the game but just read hindmarsh made 41ms from 7 hit ups....probably his best effort of the year aswell.

i cant believe this bloke has the nerve to come out publicly and hag jaroyd haynes form, then have a cry that he didnt make the australian team.
