Needs to have captaincy taken away, not for the leg charge, I think that was careless. But his disgraceful behaviour towards the refs is unacceptable. The ref bottled it, should have show him the red card.

Lol at cammo, I've followed the ups and downs of my club and RL for 35 years, if I spat the dummy every time something happened I didn't like I'd have a very big pile of dummies!

By dogs fans logic, if you accidentally do something illegal then that's ok?? You can't accidentally tackle high and get away with it, you can't accidentally throw it forward and get away with it, you can't accidentally lose control and get it back so why would you be able to accidentally attack the legs of a kicker and get away with it? Idk why anyone is saying 'if reynolds wasn't injured' because the fact is that he is injured and Graham will be back well before Reynolds is.

Graham doesn't touch Reynolds and dogs probably win. Refs made every correct call except Morris did deserve a penalty but there was 6 blokes in and around the ball at the time so not excusable but understandable as to why the ref missed it, where was the touchy though??

What a stupid play, to dive. A successful field goal from that position was highly unlikely. He could have provided sufficient disruption without the dive. The chances of ending up on the wrong side of the law with a flying challenge is considerable. Graham lost them the game.

What is there by way of precedent for these sorts of offences? Remember last year when cannonballing was all the rage? Were there any suspensions given for that?

Souths are a protected species and should have never have been allowed back into the competition anyway. Pride of the League my arse. Toothless losers need the refs and the NRL on their side along with a bunch of woman beaters in their team and phone throwers to prop them up to have any hope

If it means South miss out on getting to a GF this year then Graham should get a medal and a life time indexed linked pension from a grateful nation.

and if that happens they'll still finish higher than st.merge (who have only won 1 premiership - which is 20 premierships behind Souths)

Bill Harrigan is 100% correct -

"According to Harrigan, the player performing the charge down cannot under any circumstances come into contact with the kicker’s leg."

Quoted from the Daily Telegraph.

Doesn't matter about intention, once Reynolds legs were taken out its a penalty.

If Graham doesn't carry on like he did after he tackled him, the game goes on & no penalty is given as the play has continued, like a similar circumstance in a game last week or the week before (Titans / Knights?) when the refs said play had progressed & they couldnt act.

I think Graham was dirty that his concern for Reynolds after an accident cost them the game....doesn't excuse his carry on though.

You just can't hit the kicking players legs, it's that simple. He didn't go into it with the intention of doing so, but he did, and now he has to pay the penalty as a result.

As for any suspension. If no injury occurs he probably just gets penalised, but the injury is the problem for him now. Probably going to get at least four weeks.

Given his previous record and the time of year, anything short of crucifixion would make a joke of the judiciary process.

Who's career has ended because someone 'dived at their knees'?

Meanwhile Graham to be swapped by Julie Bishop for one of the Bali 9 on death row.
