Should be graded higher than Bird's but as everyone seems to be forgetting, Bird only got his 8 weeks because of his terrible record for repeat offences, so i doubt Peachy will get as harsh a penalty unless he has priors. If he has a clean record, id say hes looking at 4 to 6 weeks tops, and rightly so.
