If you need to pay money for motivation, you're better off getting a personal trainer instead.
Get a big dog to run with and an aggressive wife to defend yourself against. No extra motivation needed!

However I'm with Jetts. I use to spend half my time in Newcastle, half in Sydney and there was one in the next suburb to both my places so saved having to buy 2 memberships.
I signed up with no joining fee, pay 18.95 a fortnight. Not as much stuff there as FF, but heaps less tools. Almost everything you need. But took one of my tool FF mates and hes like wtf, where is this machine etc etc. Less variety, less people, less tools, less price. I like it.
Exactly the reason I left f**kwits First. Too many morons who are impressed with themselves more than they should be. I'd go in some nights and not even be able to use a bench because there'd be a group of 6 of these idiots all standing around them not doing much, just occupying more than anything. Best thing I ever did was join Jetts, has everything I need, minus the dickheads
I'm with Jetts. I'm missing the bench press.
Honestly so did I for the first couple of weeks, but I switched up to dumbbell bench, and I actually prefer it now
Dumbbell bench is actually better for you, it works your muscles harder because of how you have to stabilise the dumbbells.
I reckon it took me a few months to get over the lack of bench. Dumbbells are better but I've injured my elbow at cricket so there's too much instability at the moment with them.
