it's basic physics, you anchor something (eel's players on top) so the torso of slater is the weight yeah? the pressure is being applied at the ankle, directly half way between the ankle and the torso is the knee, which means it will take the main force of any movement from either top or bottom, now slaters leg is pulled 90 degrees to the left from the ankle when he's knee is facing directly to the ground, and we all know knees dont bend sideways, so all this pressure is being applies by 2 90 kilogram forces on some tissue in the knee that isnt even meant to bend that way, if any of you clowns think this cannot cause and injury you need to really have another think about it... btw no storm fans are saying the tackle on cayless wasnt illegal nor dangerous, we just wondering why were making the back page and no one else i.e. peter john marsh isn't.
