Unfortunately for me, even though i enjoy watching the team when they are on, i dont like them doing well, i think if they find a competent #7 they'll win the comp.

With Benji and Farah, they only need a decent organiser and ball distributor capable of working off benji to be fine at halfback.

Great strike power, mobility and work rate throughout the forward pack, instinctive and smart ball players like benji and farah, and then a young, talented and powerful running backline to run holes off Benji's dancing.

Top 4 and a genuine title threat, anything less will be considered a huge failure

I've always had the impression that the Tigers pack were pretty soft.

As much as I dislike Blair, he's exactly what Tigers needed. I don't buy into that crap about their losses effecting them; Gibbs is a solid player, but hardly irreplaceable. Fifita? Please. From all reports, it seems he has bit of an attitude problem as well.

Benji needs to learn to kick as well.

I think our pack was soft previously, but not in the last two seasons. Ellis helped immensely in that regard.

Gibbs is one of the best defenders in the comp IMO, his defense will be missed but Blair is class and should more than make up for his loss.

6-8, Benji and Farah being enough to get them there. Question marks over fullback and halfback to put them higher.

10th.

Moltzen will be puss at 7 and Farah will get that big nose of his out of joint at some point in the year.

Tigers weren't the most harmonious team last year and it seems to be festering.

Benji will probably get hurt and the whole shit joint will go to water and struggle to make the 8.

Probably score the try of the season though.

I don't think the lack of a prominent halfback is too big a problem when the 6 and 9 are two of the best in the world.

The lack of a fullback is a worry, but if they can get someone who is safe under the high ball and has a bit of support play, then I reckon it'll be another top 4 finish.

Reddy is a good option for FB IMO, as is Brown (who has already proven he is very competent).

Whoever plays fullback this season is just warming the position for Tedesco in the long run, anyway.

They should do very well although they have been inconsistent in the past and are only a Marshall injury from being irrelevant.

Top 4 if Marshall stays fit.

what a ridiculous post, of course we rely on our top two play makers but take them out of any side and they wont make the 8......

Yeah, Souffs are gone if Whoever gets injured

For mine - the Tigers have the best squad and should be premiership favorites.

I say top 4 and think they would have learnt alot from last years finals exit, that last play will be haunting benji but i know they will bounce back.

Great squad on paper who all know each others games and BLair will be a good addition...

This year they can get the minor premiership but i think Melbourne will be the biggest threat to steal that off them this year.

Dare I say even Beau Ryan would be OK if he can eliminate his monthly howler.

They're definitely in their "premiership window" of their salary cap cycle.

But like all teams it comes down to injuries, timing your run and a bit of luck in the months of august and september.

I like the addition of Blair (not the price) and cutting some dead wood (Fifita mainly), but one thing traditionally with the tiges is when everyone expects them to do well they seem to trip over their own feet but when everyone is saying there is no way they can win, everything just clicks.

I dunno... i'll say between 3-8.

Dont like Moltzen as the 7 for them despite his record there. Adam Blair will be very good for them and will look like their leader by the end of the season.

Will dazzle at times, as usual, but exit early from the finals.

The Tigers have gone from having one of the smallest forward packs to one of the strongest. Blokes like Blair, Galloway and Ellis will give them good momentum for the backs to work with. Big question marks over the 7 and 1 but I think they should be able to overcome this and at least challenge for a top 4 spot.

They will make the top 8. But like every year gone by, the Tigers will be another canon fodder team making up the numbers.
