Apparently it's a big secret scoop that only Channel 9 have learned of. Was just mentioned in the sports report at 08:00 AEST 29/07/09.

Apparently he will announce he has signed to the new Gold Coast club.

Reports on radio that Hunt was top junior player in school football when he was 14-15 and was at the same school as a current Western Bulldogs player which is where the Gold Coast recruitment officer has just come from.

It would be a marketers dream for the AFL if they have pulled this off. There is 18 months until the GC enter the AFL so there is time for it to work.
