I think the Tigers will win this year's Premiership

I don't buy the hype around the Tigers. Every time I watch them play they just make me doubt them more.

They also have had a pretty easy run for those seven matches, they beat an injury depleted Panthers side who were in a form slump, before just scraping out wins against the Eels and the Titans, they then beat the Warriors who have been very inconsistent this season, then they defeated the Cowboys who are just as mediocre giving their position on the ladder and finally beat Melbourne minus their Origin stars.

And you forgot a 40 point dicking of Canberra.

Tigers have had the most convenient draw that any team has ever had.

Maybe we should just play Melbourn Manly Brisbabe and the dogs and be done with it

Now is irrelevant when the semis roll around.

As I've said before, peoples comments earlier in the season about Tigers will come back to haunt them.

I can't see them winning it though; not with Moltzen at fullback.

There is merit to suggesting not too much weight should be given to todays game given the circumstances. Having said that, rlforever is an idiot. The Tigers will make the 8 but aren't a top 4 team. I reckon they'll be eliminated in week 2 of the finals.

Today is merely a small speed bump.

Could be, obviously the Tigers were emotional and took a long while to get into the match, and were missing one of their stars.

Their real test is playing Bulldogs twice and Storm last (as well as Cowboys and Souths as other current top 8 teams), and they play possibly desperate Roosters and Dragons near the end who could be gunning for the Tiger's spot in the 8.

I think they will make the 8, but they really want to win their games v Knights and Panthers (and the Bulldogs would be nice too, with Farah backing up from a 70 tackle, dominant performance for a winning NSW side) to ease pressure for their later games.

If they lose 1 or both of Panthers and Knights and lost to the Bulldogs they would have to win 4 or 5 of their last 7. Big month coming up for the Tigers.

The Tigers will make the top 4. The side today was no were near our best side and it would have been a tough game for the players to play in. I think when Gareth Ellis and Liam Fulton are back in the team after injury the defence will be a lot tighter and better. We need to sort out our centres(for mine Beau's side leaked a lot of points today, think he should be back on the wing) and I think Curtis Sironen is our best option at #6 for the rest of the year.

The Tigers are very close side and will rally behind Farah for the rest of the year.
