How does everyone feel about him?
I'm pretty disappointed with this bloke,I'm so glad he's not here next year because he doesn't deserve a place in any first grade club let alone the Cows.

I watched last night's game and saw no improvements from the previous game against the Warriors.
These players are trying, but the errors they're making are simple, simple unforced ones that should be being fixed in training.

There's no direct form of attack or defense, there's no structure...
What is Millward doing with them during the week?
What is the strength and conditioner(do we even have one??) doing? Look at all our injuries.

These players are unfit and depressed, and I think Millward has been detrimental to the team this year - It doesn't even look like he's coaching them at all.

Wasn't it the players that got rid of Murray? This is their result I guess.

Better luck next year.

Shot for next year as well with this core playing group.

The lunatics are running the asylum.

You need a Brian Smith swinging his axe to get you out of this.

You'll come good eventually, just be patient.

As angry as I was at the boys for shafting Murray, the story is that they approached the board and told them that they cannot further themselves as players as long as Murray is present.
So fair enough.

Millward, isn't waiting for next year - He's taken the reigns while Murray was at NSW camp and both times failed miserably and by a lot.
He's a crappy coach.

I think that Millward is trying, but I'm not sure he's been hard enough on them or assertive.
Watching the players with him the dressing room at halftime you could clearly see they couldn't care less what he was saying.

Losing to the amount is going to be really really damaging on the team as a whole,so he really digs deep.
This isn't a good look on his resume.

What's it like having your very own forum ?

The Cowboys are a rabble and Millward has contributed.

I don't know who he thinks he is fooling by naming players in positions and then changing them every week.

When jono is out he plays without a five eighth, using the Fullback there.

Watts was outstanding at hooker and now he is playing him everywhere forcing him to create something because there are no points in the team.

He has a gig for next year so doesn't really care how the cows finish but the cows need a respectable finish.

Come on Peter Parr if Muzz was sackable then surely Millward is.

Yeah I tend to think we'd probably benefit more from having Bear take the reigns.
The more games we lose, the bigger the streak the more the spirits will be broken.

Milward is a tool. Every team makes mistakes - its the coaches job to make sure they dont keep making the SAME mistakes.

Milward doesn't do that. And he doesn't inspire them either. We've got some real stars in our team, but they're inconsistent - Webb, Farrar, Graham. A really good coach gets the absolute best out of his team every single week. This bloke is worthless.

And Feliti - the cowboys have plenty of points in them, and have some really gifted, but underrated players. We can pull points out of nothing - but only sometimes. What really lets us down is our defence.

I think Shorty said that our defence holds up until the opposition score, then we cave in.

All we need is a decent, inspiring coach (give me Neil Henry or Bear) and a brutal off-season fitness regime and we'll be real contenders.
