He is a mediocre coach. He appears to be an excellent man manager.

I'd back any coach in the nrl to get our squad in the finals. Not that hard when you only have to win half your games. He'd be a loss but he is replaceable, the club isn't. Sadly he is at the core of all the troubles we encounter.

He doesnt have that knowledge.
His strengths lay in other areas.

Look at the rise of Cameron Murray and that young halfback and the winger.
Not only debuted...starred.

Love a team of really nice guys. They might finish 16th every year but they'll do it with a smile on their face and that's all that matters!!!

So Flanno needs to stop him mouthing off in a situation not related to the Sharks? Fafita isn't 5. He will do what he does and the club then needs to weigh up whether or not he's worth the freight. Keeping his ego and personality in check whilst he's in club colours is Flanno's job and I reckon he's done a great job of it. They both won us a comp for f**k sake.
