Anderson is certainly the best coach the Warriors have had so far.
Except when it comes to half-time GF speeches.

Which coach gets us a win with Matt Moylan, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, Dean Whare, Jamal Idris, George Jennings, David Simmons, Robert Jennings, Peter Wallace, Brent Kite and Nigel Plum unavailable?I do. Not all of them, of course, but enough.

Craig Bellamy has an average record without his big 3.
Wayne Bennett couldn't do any better at Knights than Cleary has with us.
Des Hasler is only taking Bulldogs to the fringe of the top 8 with a much stronger roster than Panthers.
Seriously most coaches do poorly with injuries. They just dont have such lengthy periods of their seasons with so many players unavailable. No coach will be winning games regularly with a huge reserve grade showing. Especially if its primarily to a specific position. The salary cap is supposed to keep teams similarly levelled at full strength (it doesn't though). Take half a dozen or more players out of a top 17... exactly how can those teams be realistically expected to win unless they are against teams similarly depleted?
Im not saying Cleary is in the Bennett or Bellamy league. But I don't think either of them does better with a depleted roster.
Daniel Anderson.
Got both Warriors and Parra to grand finals.

Yeah I forgot Ando for some reason. Had exactly the same issues at both clubs though. My point was the Warriors aren't exactly a coach killer in the sense that coaches who succeed elsewhere can't replicate the success there. Only really John Monie came with a real pedigree (McLennan had ESL success but had basically been handed a champion team that coached itself). The reality is we've never had a top clas NRL coach since Monie. They've mostly been promoted assistants or lower grade coaches, and one journeyman coach with a mediocre record (Elliott). Would be nice to get a Hasler, Gould, Bennett or Bellamy some day and see what they can do.
Anderson was my favorite coach of them all. I hated the player power that got him ousted out of the Club. One of them with that genius Ali Lauititi whom ended up leaving us anyway. Wouldn't mind giving him another shot if there is nobody else to choose from

They could have got Bennett after his Knights reign but that was when the Warriors were on a hot streak and that secured McFadden his job...
Broncos #1
Warriors #10
Don't include Monie in the list of top coaches, Gibson would have won 6 straight with that Eels squad . . . Monie>Sticky
Mate, being a Dragons supporter I know from experience what happens if you don't have the right man in charge. In the mid 2000's the Dragons had a side that probably should have won a couple of premierships. We put a rookie coach in charge who wasn't up to it at the time and we didn't even make one grandfinal.
So what's your answer JJ??
I mean you always seem to think McFadden isn't up to it... Or that Shaun Johnson isn't good enough...
What do you think the Warriors should do??
Well personally I think they should employ that chick at Souths that was the social media liaison.
That would be a great thing to do.
The Roosters don't have any of those players and we're doing well.Which coach gets us a win with Matt Moylan, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, Dean Whare, Jamal Idris, George Jennings, David Simmons, Robert Jennings, Peter Wallace, Brent Kite and Nigel Plum unavailable?
