The positive side of this Tim Sheens Master plan is he trains up Robbie and Benji to be head coach's in two years at the most. (yep it only takes two years of mentorship. Anyone else want to apply? Silverdale your name gets mentioned a fair bit when it comes to this role)
Benji and Robbie are both qualified already. Robbie has been a blue shirt for nearly 2 years and Benji attends the odd training session.

Would you and Master Tiger remind me of all the positive things the fans have got to look forward to so I can get out of this state of depression. I so want to post joyous things about about the future of the Wests Tigers. Hopefully I will see the error of my ways over the next few weeks as the Tigers announce some top quality signings and a few brilliant decisions that no-one saw coming.

That's not something I'm a fan of.
Funny how Benji says move JH to 13 and it just so happens to happen. Now I think that's him having knowledge rather than him having Influence but still. Also isn't it good how we sacked Madge and ended up looking like fools as we have no one lined up to replace him.

I think the multiple captains worked so well. So go with multiple head coaches. I feel the pain when you see more of the same. Sheens just needs to do the Gus Gould role. Stay away from coaching. Even if it is a rookie coach. Just ensure sheens is fixing the roster and pathways so the new coach has a chance. It won’t be fixed if he is coaching the team. You can’t do all those roles at once.

Sheens coaching is going to be an absolute disaster. If you can't achieve success in 2nd tier English Rugby League are you really going to find it at NRL level? The reports of Benji and Robbie being groomed for the role highlight the issues we have had at the Tigers for years -- fairytales. Everything we do is designed to fit some incredible fairytale that usually turns to shit once reality smacks it in the mouth.

Payten would have been a great coach (that ironically fits the fairytale WT are trying to create) but the reality is that he's an intelligent man. Why in all the f**ks in the universe would he leave Cowboys for WT? The only scenario I see it happening is if he wins multiple premierships with them and wants a new challenge but even then...just another fairytale

Surely this is just a financial strategy. Given the housing market in Sydney, surely it makes more sense to use the house as a source of income while the asset appreciates in value?
