Mash the Monster with smothering tackles, never giving him an inch to move.
Harass the NRL's 3rd ref Smiff.
Grubber pills toward See ya Later, not the high ball.
And have the wingers learnt o take the high kicks and watch the Fijians flyer, like you would a snake about to strike.
Other than that let Fifs do a gladiator and unleash hell on the Stormtroopers.
Stir the cat Chambers with niggles.he's worth penalty or two.
If no Gal Fifs or Lewie as captains, they lead by example, and its's a case pf follow me with them.

Oh and tackle your rings out.

OK my coaching advice worth $750k per season. This post worth $50.Amex accepted.

Smash Munster, smash whichever halfback they decide to play whether it be Croft or Jacks. Don’t give them an inch. Rush up on them when it comes to fifth tackle kicks, and after they’ve kicked it smash them anyway. Belt any merkin wearing a purple jersey especially that merkin Smith and his f**k buddy Slater.

Lay all over them. Stand on their heads. Twist their arms. Give them a taste of their own medicine. Bash them. Niggle. Do whatever it takes.

Make Chambers angry, get him off his game and he focuses on trying to get one back over you than actually playing.

These guys know that we are the one team they do not like playing, in fact they would have been praying that Penrith won because they know we have the wood on them. Make them feel our presence.

No stupid penalties, play the fkn ball properly Woods and Fifita. Don’t drop it Edrick. Don’t fall off tackles Sorensen. No hero plays Chad.

Force repeat sets. Build pressure. Make them work for it.

Just win. I can’t stand these guys and beating them for a GF spot to end Slater’s career would give us all great pleasure.

& go into the media saying we are going to run at Munster all day.

Target their threat (pre-game) like we did to Maloney.

They know exactly how to beat Melbourne, in a nutshell, you smash the shyt out of them and disconcert them. Souths failed to disconcert Melbourne in the first semi, and they were totally composed and calm right to the final minute.

Ok but Flanno has some tough decisions on the make up of the team.

If Gal is out (most likely) & Dugan & Lewis are passed fit what is your starting 13 & 4 benchies?

We really are going to miss Gal’s metres next week.

What he does is just so efficient, gun barrel straight & sucking in defenders.

Did his job to perfection last night.

Today, the coach does nothing decison wise. Supervises recovery, does his video analysis, speaks to medicos, checks form of Jets players, yada, yada, yada.

When the stocktake is done and he knows where he stands he works out a way to beat them because the tried and true will NOT work in this one. They have players coming back, we are likely to be well down on strength.

The “way we know how to beat them” is, at this point, irrelevant.

If Gallen and Lewis are out with Wade a conceivable backrow is Sorensen, Capewell and Bakuya. Whole bench and it’s dynamics change. Plan A is not likely to work if that eventuates.

I would be considering Nikora. He can run lines and f**k all people know what he can produce from the unknown depths of obscurity. He would start.

In years past Storm would tighten up and try to wrestle to victory. They know we love the dog fight and beat them at it regularly.

They try to play footy. Have to pressure their halves physically and make Smith tackle.

Us winning is more about making them uncomfortable. If they play near their potential they win comfortably.

Ok my team for next week.

1. Holmes
2. Feki
3. Leutele
4. Ramien
5. Lee.
6. Moylan
7. Townsend
8. Fifita
9. Brailey
10. Woods
11. Lewis
12. Capewell
13. Prior

14. Seggy
15. Bukuya
16. Seumanufagai
17. Paulo

Out.

Gallen out injured.
Dugan still only 50/50 too much of a risk.
Sorensen not offering enough.

We need some size in the team with Gal out and Melbourne are very physical and big. Our left side attack looked very one dimensional last night. Joseph Paulo a noted ball playing back rower can be thrown in at some stage and change things up plus he can play a bit of prop.

We’ve lost quite a bit of experience in Gal & Graham and Seumanufagai and Paulo can add a bit to the squad with that.

We need to dominate possession so a heap more pinning the Storm in their in goal and getting repeat sets.

Destroy Croft's confidence early so Smith actively avoids him (has done this many times this year). Then we can worry about Munster.

Start praying because last night showed Sorenson is only good in patches. Surprised no one else noticed Capewell was hooked last night in the last five minutes. Either that or he was gassed because fmd he was missing tackles ,getting palmed off and getting crumpled over every tackle.

The guy wend from centres to the back row when lewis Gal etc all went down. So then he was doing hitups as well. He was a machien & ran hims self to exhaustion. Surprised he wasnt carried off.

Capes was huge, like his balls.

For this week, Munster.
f**k.
He is the key.
And Kofusi, he is a merkin if the highest order, tuff as.
They will get numbers in on Feefs, so offloadsfrom him, push up in support Val, Noodles etc.
Get early ball to noddles, everyone expects left from us, go right first.
Spread the ball side to side in the middle 40, keep the storm moving, then go straight.
Keep Smith on the ground at all times when with and without the ball.
Bait Chambers.
Keep the ball on the ground when in the 20, the back 3 are good in the air for the storm and Billy will rush one.
Attack Croft with ball, don’t kick to the fox on the full.
Hope for the Stormto have some injuries during the game like we have the last couple of weeks.
Pray.
If we win this I reckon we will win the Gf, especially agianst the Chickens.

Yep was gassed. Flanno said he was struggling and stayed on longer than he planned.

Fifita tip ons to start. They expect him to run. Mix it up.
Melbourne like atrackers to stand and wrestle in the tackle. Make contact. Hit the deck, get the penalty. Take it all the way back to Danny Nutley circa 2002 style.

Capewell was good last night. The bloke only just had surgery to repair his balls. I’m sure he was gassed and not hooked.
