At least last year, there was the rugby world cup filled in a gap before the cricket started and then all of a sudden xmas was here and then it was only a month before the trials.

Historially, October sucks because there is bugger all on.

I suppose there is the tri-nations to keep us satisfied.....

This off season I will try and not to expect to much of next season (even though I said that Parra should fifnish top 4 next year) as I don't want get my hopes up as I did for this year and have it crushed.

First lot of Union games I had actually sat down and properly watched!

- I have a few of our decent games from this season taped, and most interviews with the boys over the season, might keep me occupied for a day or two.

Ah well, we still have some finals to watch, but bring on the Cricket! It can't come soon enough.
