I thought you were going to remind us again how quickly mansour recovered and that he's doing well.

But thankfully your post was a positive one. Smdh
I was going to say something about how I can't remember the last positive post about us he wrote but couldn't be bothered. And yet the dragons and panthers, 2 teams below us on the ladder are so much better than us. We have won 6 out of the last 7 but are on "thin ice"

We beat two of the worse teams in comp by a field goal. And the storm minus 10 starters. The dogs come off a dodgie call and Tigers well a dropped ball.
While Dragons put 50 on manly and unlucky loss down in canberra the panthers have beat nz over there, Manly and Titans,

Im one of the few on here confident we can win comp. Waiting for the team to click and hope few other finals teams cop a few injuries like we have had. Whilst every other dickhead is planning what need to win it in 2018 or happy to make the 8.
Loser attitude. We are capable of winning it this year. Gutherson is a blow but Bevan back there means a big winger with Semi.
Hopefully Terepo and Frank add something.

Terrible news but not as devastating as it would have been if Gutherson was playing in the halves. What a masterstroke it was to get Moses early. French will slot easily in at fullback and Hoffman should take a wing spot. I'm more concerned about goal kicking. I'm hoping Moses hasn't forgotten how to goal kick.

Panfers got touched up by Souths twice and were extremely lucky to beat Newcastle. Stats can be twisted either way to suit an argument.

End of the day, as it stands we're in front of both those teams on the ladder. Suggesting we're currently better than both as of right now!!!

Canberra have been most unlcuky team this year but lucky with no injuries.

Penrith and Eel have had terrible run with injuries while dragons also had hardly any.

Moving forward Auvau on the wing would add some size and aggression.

devo.... you would back Gutho to be as professional in getting himself back to full health as he is on the field, doing all the 1%'s. Problem with the poor bastard that if its the same knee I'm not sure how long that prolongs the time off period.

Lets hope the rest of the useless merkins in this team use it as motivation, not all drop their heads.

The King will return to his throne in 2018

Bummer re: Gutherson. He was probably 2nd or 3rd in the DallyM race . Poor bloke.

The silver lining is that French has looked a bit more confident the last couple of games, hoping he can step up.

I wish I was as confident as some seem to be....yeah, we have a ready made replacement in French for the position, but what about for everything else Gutho does for the side?

He's a big part of the heart and soul of the team, and for him to go down at such an important time could be a massive problem....poor bastard.

Yes, but if I recall correctly, because of how pus the Tigers were playing early in the year, the NRL were leatting them take all their goal kicks from in front of the posts a la mini and mod footy..... bit of a worry he missed 6 of them!

This is how I've been thinking too.... On the face of it, we have decent cover with our first choice fullback from the start of the year able to slot in... We still have our halves intact.... Before a ball was kicked this season, and if you knew Moses would be an Eel before the season was out - if you did a poll asking who would be least missed if they suffered a season ender between Norman, Moses, French and Gutho - I think a lot of people would have voted King Guth.... now though, he has emerged as the heart and soul of this team and future captaincy material - his position on the Dally M leaderboard is no fluke....

Nice to see Norman acknowlege that Guth has carried the team this year - time for both halevs to go to teh next level now and build on the platform they've been given...
